That’s the arugula we harvested this week!
The yield was great, so everyone is getting huge bags of arugula.
We also had a great harvest of sunflower shoots, too bad I waited till dark to get a picture of the final crop!
This was the day before the harvest.
We recently transplanted lots of crops: more basil, fennel, lettuce, collards, kale and chard. This one is lettuce.
Gold beets, fennel, cucumbers (lost quite a few of them).
Lettuce.
Salad turnips, cilantro, basil, carrots.
Curly kale.
Swiss chard.
Tuscan kale (AKA Dino kale).
The Vego Garden is looking great!
Muskmelons.
Tomatoes and peppers.
Eggplant, zucchini, okra, sweet corn.
